If the thought of cooking a whopper of a festive feast is a wee bit daunting, fear not! Our kitchens are very well equipped and have plenty of everything. You'll find your large group accommodation all decked out for Christmas, with a tree and twinkly lights - all you need to do is put on your Christmas jumper, pop the Christmas music on and get a whole load of Christmas spirit going on! Some of our big holiday cottages have wood-burners, so you can light the fire before you start opening presents; it all adds to that wonderful Yuletide ambience.
A lot of our properties have a Nordic style BBQ lodge and they really add an extra helping of Christmas cheer. Gather together out there on Christmas Eve, cook pigs in blankets on the BBQ, sing carols and play good old fashioned parlour games like Charades, The Laughing Game and Up In The Attic In The Old Oak Chest. Get the children to write notes to Santa and leave them in the hut for him, along with a carrot for Rudolph.
