The House

Feel the homely vibe at Haydays as soon as you go through the porch into the hallway; left is the well-equipped kitchen where the table makes a good quiet space for those who like to slip down for an early breakfast, or for children who need dinner before the rest of you.

Off the kitchen there’s a utility room, straight ahead is the dining room/orangery, with a glass roof and full height doors that open wide to bring the sunshine in - a fabulous setting for any celebration feast! To the right is the games room with a pool table, a 50” TV and comfy seating; from there a lobby leads to changing rooms, a shower room and via a secure door to the pool hall. The pool takes pride of place with room for loungers to one side, the hot tub is down at the end by doors that open onto a sheltered patio with table tennis for outdoor or indoor use.

Upstairs are Bedrooms 1-4, a family bathroom and a separate loo; all the beds at Haydays are zip and link (super king or twin). Bedroom 5 is on the ground floor to the right of the hallway; with snooze space for 5 it makes a great family room. Next to it is the sitting room, with doors opening onto the patio, plush sofas to curl up on, a huge TV, and more doors through to the dining room.

Good to know is that there's underfloor heating throughout the house, run off a ground source heat pump - big green tick!

The large garden backs onto open fields and has a play area with a climbing fort, slide and trampoline; Fire up the bbq for a leisurely alfresco lunch, if the weather turns head to the Nordic style BBQ lodge to toast marshmallows and sizzle sausages.
