Within an easy drive you’ll find so much to see and do – historic houses and glorious gardens, award-winning family attractions, and exciting activities. The city of Exeter and the beaches on the Jurassic Coast are around 30 minutes away, the M5 (J27-29) is within a few minutes’ drive, and Tiverton Parkway station is just 10 minutes by car, with connecting train from London.

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We celebrated my 65th Birthday and we were able to celebrate it in our family bubble, I couldn't fault anything about the property.. it was first class. We had a great weekend, the weather was good and we didn't leave the house to visit local pubs, restaurants etc. I was also impressed with the checking in and out arrangements, the staff were friendly and efficient.
