BBQ: Gas barbecue on the patio for use Easter to the end of October, with gas supplied.
Bed Linen and Towels: Duvets and pillows (synthetic and hypoallergenic), bed linen, cot sheet, bath robes and towels are provided. Please bring your own towels and appropriate footwear for use with the spa facilities.
CCTV/Noise Monitors: Inwood Farmhouse has a private setting on a small complex that also has further holiday accommodation (see The Granary and Quantock Barns), a cafe/restaurant, and a wedding venue and fishing lakes. The site operates 24 hour CCTV within and around the public/communal areas (including the Wedding Venue and Accommodation). There is also CCTV in the living room, around the courtyard and hot tub area at Inwood Farmhouse. Please see CCTV At Your Large Group Holiday House for more information.
Check In Details: This information can be accessed within your booking 4 weeks before your stay. Check in time - 4pm. Check out time - 10am.
Coffee Machine: Nespresso Krups machine with a small pack of pods supplied.
Cots: 2 travel cots are available on request. These are for infants aged 2 years and under.
Decorations: Please be respectful if you wish to decorate the property for a special occasion. Guests must not bring balloons with glitter into the property or garden and must not stick anything to walls, fixtures or furnishings.

Dogs: 1 dog welcome (small charge). Please ensure you have read our Dog Rules before planning to bring your pet.
Electric Vehicle Charging: There are no EV charging points at this property. Due to insurance restrictions guests will not be able to use outdoor plugs or cables from the house to charge vehicles (see Electric Vehicle Charging and Holiday Accommodation). Please research the local area to find the nearest charging points.
Essentials: There is enough crockery and cutlery for a dinner party, glasses (tumblers, wine glasses, champagne flutes).
Initial supplies* of the following: at least 2 toilet rolls per toilet. salt and pepper, tea, coffee, sugar, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, tea towels, a dish cloth and scourer sponge, oven gloves, kitchen roll, tin foil, cling film, bin bags, 2-in-1 washing powder, hand soap.

Food Deliveries: Dart Fresh, Asda, Sainsburys, Tesco, Waitrose and COOK will deliver to this property. Please arrange deliveries for after your 4pm arrival. We recommend that you put your name and mobile number on the delivery information.

Hot Tub: The hot tub is in the indoor spa area and seats 6.

Utility: microwave, 2 dishwashers, tall integral fridge & freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, Iron & board.
Music: Sonos throughout the ground floor. Note that, as per our Terms and Conditions, no additional amplification equipment can be brought to this property.
Parking: Off road parking for several vehicles.
Rooms: 8 ensuite bedrooms (3 bathrooms, 5 shower rooms), large kitchen/entertaining room, dining room, utility, downstairs cloakroom, spa area with treatment room, beauty bar, private bar/mini kitchen, sauna and indoor hot tub.
Room Configurations: All bedrooms except Bedroom 5 have zip and link beds that can be arranged as super kings or twins. Bedroom 5 has a super king bed. Note that Bedroom 1 has two rooms – one with zip and link beds and one with bunk beds (double on the bottom, single on the top).
Sauna: The sauna is in the spa area and seats 6 comfortably.
TVs: TV in main living/entertaining space and in Bedroom 1.
Wifi: Broadband.
Please note that the following applies as per our Terms & Conditions and House Rules: No noise after 11pm - no smoking or vaping – no candles, open flames, disposable barbecues, fireworks, lanterns or drones – personal electrical items must not be left charging unattended nor devices left plugged in whilst away from the property - appliances such as washing machines and cooking equipment should not be left running whilst away from the property – electrical items must only be used according to manufacturer’s instructions – personal extension leads and adapter blocks should not be used.
