What’s great about a large group holiday house with a hot tub is that it offers the perfect blend of luxury, social interaction and relaxation. Okay, so you can’t all get in at once, but that would be weird! Take your turn and slip in and get comfy; sit and chat, swap stories, admire the views of fields and hills.
And there are so many benefits to a hot tub – they’re actually refreshing in the summer months and provide a cosy retreat for chilly winter evenings. They’re great for soothing aching muscles after a walk or a day of activity – even if you’ve overdone it in the games room or gym! It’s a brilliant way to bring added entertainment to your large group stay, especially for hen weekends and private spa breaks.

How many do the hot tubs seat?
This varies from 4 to our biggest hot tub which seats12-13. This information can be found on the Facts A-Z for each property.
Can hot tubs be used year round?
Yes!
Do we need to bring our own hot tub towels?
Again, you’ll need to check the Facts A-Z. Some properties provide all towels for your stay but some ask that you bring your own towels for use with spa facilities like swimming pools and hot tubs, and that you bring appropriate footwear, like Crocs or flip-flops for going to and for.
Is the water changed between guests?
Absolutely it is! Hot tubs are drained, cleaned and refilled between each set of guests. Property managers/owners also keep detailed records of each inspection.
How often are chemical levels checked?
At least once a day. Certain checks are also carried out on a weekly or monthly basis. This is all in line with Health & Safety guidance.
How hot are the hot tubs?
Most hot tubs are set to around 38 degrees Celsius 
for maximum comfort, allowing for a slight, natural drop in temperature during use. Note that you should limit soak times to 15-20 minutes maximum.
Is there a curfew for using the hot tub?
Most of our properties have a no noise after 11pm policy. In a few cases it’s earlier. You can find this information on the Facts A-Z.
Can you have a drink in the hot tub?
You should never drink alcohol when using the hot tub and you must not use glassware in it. Plastic glasses are provided for soft drinks.
