Many moons ago, Hillydays was a wagon shed, tucked away behind the farmhouse on a busy working farm in the Blackdown Hills. These days it’s a luxury group holiday house that sleeps 10 and has a private hot tub, Nordic style BBQ lodge, outdoor table tennis and use of a heated outdoor pool from early April to the end of October (exclusive use is available at an extra charge - see below). The views are incredible stretching far across the countryside on the borders of Devon and Somerset. This is a rather special place to stay for happy family holidays and low-key birthday or anniversary celebrations with your nearest and dearest.
There are walks from the doorstep and within a few miles you’ll find welcoming country pubs. Just a little further there’s a wealth of things to see and do, with award-winning family attractions, historic houses and beautiful gardens, activities and country pursuits all within easy reach. The beaches of the Jurassic Coast are less than an hour away, the M5 is within easy reach for days out in Exeter or Bristol. "10/10 - Enjoyed the views and different areas of house and garden. We were not on top of each other. There was space to be quiet when needed. The weather was so hot that we didn't go exploring instead we enjoyed the pool and facilities. The beautician came one day to give all massage so can recommend Emma."
