New Property! Exmoor Holiday House For 12 With Hot Tub

Check out our stunning NEW PROPERTY! Pitsworthy sleeps 12+2 and has the most brilliant location, tucked away in a hidden valley on a private estate in the heart of Exmoor National Park. With a hot tub, games room, outdoor kitchen, private lake and fishing ponds, this traditional Somerset farmhouse is the perfect group accommodation for family holidays and celebrations, corporate breaks and sophisticated hen weekends.

Pitsworthy has been renovated to a very high standard throughout, and the result is a beautiful and well equipped house that sleeps 12 guests (room for 2 more guests at no extra charge) in 6 bedrooms. Interiors are gorgeous and there's everything you need to keep you all happy for the whole of your stay - including the pet pooch who even gets his own fenced in field to run about in.

Outside in the garden is a wood fired hot tub and an awesome outdoor kitchen with a barbecue and pizza oven; get out there, soak up that whole country living vibe, birds singing from the tree tops, the stream burbling along at the edge of the lawn. Just across the yard there's a games room with a pool table, table tennis, table football and a gaming zone; amble up the track and after a few minutes you'll find a private lake where you can play to your heart's content - all very Swallows and Amazons, with islands and bridges and a boat; fish for trout, do some pond dipping, have a picnic on the bank. There are two trout ponds a little further along too, so you can go and fish for your supper; if you're a beginner, fly fishing tuition can be booked.

As for the location, well it's hard to beat! Pitsworthy is set in a peaceful valley surrounded by the spectacular countryside of Exmoor National Park. There are walks from the doorstep up to the gorse clad moors where there's every chance you'll spot red deer feeding in the wild, so make sure you take your binoculars. Just down the road is the sleepy village of Exford with a shop and two pubs; pop down and pick up a bag full of local delights, stop off for a pint of the local ale. If you fancy a day out with the fam, you'll find attractions within easy reach, like Tarr Steps, The Valley of Rocks, Dunster Castle, Exmoor Zoo and Combe Martin Wildlife & Dinosaur Park. In less than an hour you can be on the beaches of the North Devon Coast where Ilfracombe, Croyde and Woolacombe are a big draw for surfers.

We have every suspicion that you'll want to stay put though, because to stay at Pitsworthy is to have a world of your own where you can completely unwind and spend many happy hours together; it's a place where wonderful memories will be made, a place you'll want to come back to. Take a closer look at Pitsworthy and you'll see how special it is - but a word of advice: if you want to book this luxury holiday house get in quickly because demand will be very high 😉
