Bed Linen and Towels: Duvets and pillows (synthetic fibres), bed linen and towels are provided. Please bring appropriate footwear for going to and from the hot tub.
Check In Details: This information can be accessed within your booking 4 weeks before your stay. Check in time - 5pm. Check out time - 10am.
Coffee Machine: De Longhi Nespresso Citiz coffee machine (pods not supplied) and Geepass filter coffee machine (filters and coffee supplied) in main kitchen. 2 cafetieres.
Cots: There are no cots at this property.
Decorations: Please be respectful if you wish to decorate the property for a special occasion. Guests must not bring balloons with glitter into the property or garden and must not stick anything to walls, fixtures or furnishings.

Dogs: 3 dogs welcome (small charge per pet). Please ensure you have read our Dog Rules before planning to bring your pet.
Electric Vehicle Charging: There are no EV charging points at this property. Due to insurance restrictions guests will not be able to use cables or extension leads from the domestic power supply to charge vehicles. Please see Electric Vehicle Charging and Holiday Accommodation for important information. Please use this ZapMap to find the nearest charging points.
Essentials: Enough crockery and cutlery for a dinner party, glasses (wine glasses, water glasses, tumblers, champagne flutes).
Initial supplies* of the following: at least 2 toilet rolls per toilet, salt and pepper, tea, coffee, sugar, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, tea towels, dish cloth, scourer sponge, oven gloves, kitchen roll, tin foil, cling film, bin bags, hand soap.

Food Deliveries: Sainsbury's, Tesco, Morrisons and COOK will deliver to this property. Please arrange deliveries for after your 4pm arrival. We recommend that you put your name and mobile number on the delivery information.
Games Room: This has a pool table and dartboard. The second floor playroom has table football.
Garden: Garden at the front of the house, cobbled courtyard and large part-walled garden at the back, outdoor dining for 24, pizza oven and bbq.
Note that there is an unfenced pond in the front garden and that this garden is not enclosed, so children must be supervised at all times.

Hot Tub: The hot tub is in the courtyard at the back of the house. It has water jets and lights and seats 8 people.

Music: There are no facilities to play music at this property. Note that, as per our Terms and Conditions, no additional amplification equipment can be brought to this property.

Pizza Oven: This is wood fired and fuel is supplied.

TVs: Smart TVs in both living rooms with Firestick and access to streaming sites using guests’ own passwords.

Woodburner: There is a woodburner in both living rooms and an open fire in the bar. These can be used year round and logs are provided.
Please note that the following applies as per our Terms & Conditions and House Rules: No noise after 11pm - no smoking or vaping – no candles, open flames, disposable barbecues, fireworks, lanterns or drones – personal electrical items must not be left charging unattended nor devices left plugged in whilst away from the property - appliances such as washing machines and cooking equipment should not be left running whilst away from the property – electrical items must only be used according to manufacturer’s instructions – personal extension leads and adapter blocks should not be used.
