9/10 - The pool was amazing! The kitchen was extremely well equipped. The grounds were roomy and enjoyed by our 2 and 4-year-olds. Overall, it was a fabulous stay in a gorgeous house. - Brady - March 24
9/10 - Everything was as described, clean and in a lovley condition. Jam Sponge was a lovely treTwo comments : No mirror in Bedroom 2 bathroom even for shaving.
Also more storage space, shelves or the like in the upstairs bedrooms.

9/10 - All round a really great place for a large family gathering like ours. The big open shared space for cooking, eating and relaxing worked very well. Well equipped kitchen with ample crockery, pans etc. Really brilliant showers with instant powerful hot water. The one bath was very useful for the smaller children in our group. Good sound insulation and layout gave us all peace and privacy. The activities ( boules, table tennis and the playground equipment) provided just the right mix for us all, and the pool gave endless delight, especially to the youngsters. - Cooper

10/10 - Ramscombe was beyond what I expected, with plenty of space and high quality fixtures and fittings. There was nothing we needed, everything we could ask for was catered for. The kitchen had high quality products throughout with nothing not provided. The showers were excellent - power shower and temperature control was brilliant. The cleanliness was to a high standard and the swimming pool room was very warm and the water a good temperature for all the family to use. We used the gas barbeque and having the sunshine sat outside, enjoying music by a portable blue tooth speaker provided at the property. Sun loungers were also available with a nice AstroTurf. My grandson absolutely loved the trampoline and playground equipment. I would highly recommend this as a family holiday. - Hill

10/10 - The children and adults loved having a swimming pool to play in. Great for family fun. The children didn’t really want to go out for days they just wanted to stay by the pool!! Having open plan was fab for those in the kitchen. Felt like still part of the party! Lovely sitting around a large table playing games and eating together. Also loved the fact that each room had their own on suite. Big thumbs up. Loved our stay at Ramscombe lodge. - Dunn
10/10 - Had a super time with my family. The house was spacious and very well equipped. The children enjoyed the pool although I thought it could have been a little warmer. My only criticism is that there is not enough storage in the bedrooms, not one chest of drawers even though there was plenty of room available in every room. Everyone enjoyed their stay and I would fully recommend Ramscombe House Thank you. Would recommend a day out to Wookey Hole. - Olding
10/10 - The house was fantastic. Kitchen so well equipped. Beds were very very comfortable. Everywhere was so clean. Pool was just amazing. We all loved it, he grandchildren were in it every day at least twice a day....sometimes 3. If I had to give some feed back the only thing I would say is missing is chests of drawers in the bedrooms, this would have made the whole holiday perfect. What a great experience and would definitely recommend it. Would recommend a day trip to Dunster Castle or Minehead. - Brown
8/10 - Beautiful, well-equipped house in a serene location. Even though the weather didn't play ball during most of our stay, the whole family had a great time in the pool and using the games room. Locally sourced Victoria sponge cake was a great welcome, thank you! - Sachdeva
10/10 - The Ramscombe was perfect for us as a family. The layout of rooms was ideal with the four grandchildren able to share the "dormitory". The swimming pool was enjoyed by all - the children used it twice a day and had great fun. We arranged catering by Gayla Stewart to celebrate my parents 73rd wedding anniversary which was excellent - both food quality and service. We had a problem with the dishwasher and contacted the house manager, Sue, who promptly arranged for an engineer to visit and the machine was repaired for us to use for the remainder of the stay. The file of information left in the property was appreciated and comprehensive. We would love to stay here again (in better weather!) - Wilson
10/10 - Place was beautiful and very clean and very welcoming. The pool and trampoline was a great hit with all the family. Only downside was the very thick quilts and what they get washed in gave a few of us a rash but when we go next time, as we came home and booked to go again, we may take our own. 10/10 - The house itself is pure luxury. It has everything you can think of and more! The property was clean, spacious, comfortable and child friendly. Having the play area and pool was the cherry on top. We could truly relax and enjoy our time together as a family. Due to COVID there were only a few of us there, but the house had the capacity and catering resources for a full-on family event. We will definitely book again when we can. Recommend a day trip to Tropiquaria Very clean, well maintained facility, super play areas and plenty of places to picnic. - Newman
9/10 - The house and facilities were excellent, plenty to keep everyone happy. Pool and table tennis were well used. The only downside was the internet which was very poor. Recommend a day trip to Tropiquaria this is a small zoo, lovely for a few hours and just the right size for small children. It also has a big childrens playground. - Ward

10/10 - Ramscombe was the perfect stay for us, everything you would need for a large group is there, from all your cooking utensils to fridges and freezer, we all loved having our own pool which was excellent, Table tennis table, couldn't fault this place will use Sleeps 12 again. - Murdoch

10/10 - Accommodation was fantastic. No comments internally. Have already reported two points of maintenance regarding the baby swing and trampoline to Sleeps12. Upon further reflection, in order for the exterior of the property to match the standard of the interior, the owners may wish to consider rejuvenating the paintwork on the outside of the pool french windows, repainting/oiling the wooden cladding to the chalet, and making available a fire pit. The night sky was breathtakingly clear during our stay. - Ramel

9/10 - We enjoyed the house massively and just stayed home with the kids in the pool or playing games etc. There’s a super park 10 minutes drive away with timber activity structure for the kids to explore - just on the edge of Taunton. - Macklin

10/10 - The house was fantastic, so clean and spacious. We found everything we could possibly need and loved all the little extras that were supplied including the lovely cake on arrival! The kids loved their dormitory room and the play area upstairs. Then of course the swimming pool! That was the most used room the whole week everyone just loved it. Was great for all 12 of us to all be able to sit together and enjoy our meals. The tv package offered is also good but annoying when you're all watching a film and it keeps freezing or cutting out. The kids (ranging from 2 - 14) and adults too were frustrated with this! Having said all that it didn't ruin our holiday we had a great stay and would definitely recommend sleeps12.com. Everyone we dealt with was wonderful so thank you :) Dunster Castle is an amazing place and well worth a visit. - Sarjant

We loved how everyone had their own bathroom each too as some places don’t offer this. It would be good if sleeps12 offered a re-book again offer for the following year at a discounted rate as we would love to book again immediately. - Balcombe

10/10 - The Sky TV was sometimes difficult to get set up (despite/because the various suggestions of many of the residents?) As warned, the wifi signal was intermittent but switching that off on phones, allowing roaming, was fine. The only thing we 'looked for' was a hand towel in the kitchen. Clothing, or tea towels, often did the job. - Brown
