Bed Linen and Towels: Duvets and pillows (synthetic fibres), bed linen, cot mattress sheets and towels are provided. Please bring your own towels and appropriate footwear for use with the pool.
Check In Details: This information can be accessed within your booking 4 weeks before your stay. Check in time - 4pm. Check out time - 10am.
Coffee Machine: 2 cafetieres.
Cots: 2 travel cots are available on request. These are for infants ages 2 years and under.
Decorations: Please be respectful if you wish to decorate the property for a special occasion. Guests must not bring balloons with glitter into the property or garden and must not stick banners, etc. to the walls due to the risk of marking/damaging paintwork.

Electric Vehicle Charging: There are no EV charging points at this property. Due to insurance restrictions guests will not be able to use outdoor plugs or cables from the house to charge vehicles (see Electric Vehicle Charging and Holiday Accommodation). Please research the local area to find the nearest charging points.
Essentials: Enough crockery, cutlery and glasses for a dinner party, glasses (small tumblers, pint glasses, champagne flutes, wine glasses), 1 white cotton tablecloth, white cotton napkins.
Initial supplies* of the following: at least 2 toilet rolls per toilet, salt and pepper, tea, coffee, sugar, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets (approx. 6), tea towels, dish cloth, scourer sponge, oven gloves, tin foil, cling film, bin bags, hand soap.
Welcome Packs of shower gel, shampoo, bath salts and soap, hairdryers in all bedrooms, iron and ironing board.

Food Deliveries: Dart Fresh, Asda, Sainsburys, Tesco, Waitrose and COOK will deliver to this property. Please arrange deliveries for after your 4pm arrival. We recommend that you put your name and mobile number on the delivery information.

Kitchen/Utility: Range cooker with 2 electric ovens, 5 ring hob, US style fridge/freezer, extra fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine.
Music: Bluetooth docking station. Note that, as per our Terms and Conditions, no additional amplification equipment can be brought to this property.
Parking: Off road parking for several vehicles.
Rooms: 6 ensuite bedrooms, large open plan living space, mezzanine, pool hall, WC.
Room Configurations: All bedrooms have zip and link beds that can be arranged as super kings or twins.
Stairgates: Fixed stairgates at the top and bottom of the stairs.
Swimming Pool: The pool is in the attached pool hall, accessed externally. It is heated to 28-30 degrees and measures 7m x 3.2m with a constant depth of 1.2m. There is a ladder on the side for access. If guests wish to bring their own inflatables to use in the swimming pool these must not contain glitter.
Toddler Beds: 2 toddler beds available on request. These are for infants aged 4 years and under.
TVs: Freeview TVs in all bedrooms except Bedroom 3, Smart TV on the mezzanine landing, Smart TV with Sky TV (Sports & Movies) in open-plan living space.
Please note that the following applies as per our Terms & Conditions and House Rules: No noise after 11pm (consideration for neighbouring properties) - no smoking or vaping – no candles, open flames, fireworks, lanterns or drones – personal electrical items must not be left charging unattended nor devices left plugged in whilst away from the property - appliances such as washing machines and cooking equipment should not be left running whilst away from the property – electrical items must only be used according to manufacturer’s instructions – personal extension leads and adapter blocks should not be used.
