Spin forward to today and after a very considered renovation it’s a luxury holiday house that sleeps 23 over the main house and a self-contained 2 bedroom annexe. Set on the edge of the quiet market town of Dulverton within Exmoor National Park, it’s peaceful here and the views are glorious.
Interiors are a gorgeous blend of traditional and modern, very elegant and stylish, so if you like lovely rooms, you’ll love this. Outside there’s a huge terrace with steps down to sweeping lawns and an outdoor dining area with a barbecue and pizza oven. The icing on the cake is a big hot tub to soak beneath cotton wool clouds by and star spangled skies at night.
