10/10 - We had a wonderful weekend, the house was perfect and had everything we could possibly need. All spotlessly clean and very well maintained. Outdoor seating was perfect, lovely big cosy lounge for the evenings, kitchen was ideal, 2 dishwashers, lovely big fridge, ice machine, bar area! Beds were super comfy, lovely showers and fluffy towels. The pool, hot tub and sauna were all perfect temperatures and very well looked after, no compalints what so ever, thank you for having us, we'll be back! - Hill - October 26

9/10 - Beautiful house. Wonderful views. We had a lovely 4 day stay with family. The pool got a lot of use as did the hot tub. My two year old granddaughter loved the swings and slide. Feeding Peppa and Percy was the highlight of her holiday. I would however recommend you take a citronella candle with you for when you sit outside as there are lots of bees. 10/10 - We had a super week at Ham Bottom in October. Our family group consisted of 8 adults one small baby and a 15 month old. There was something for all of us. The facilities are modern , clean and safe . With gardens to walk around, play equipment for big and little children there was nothing to fault. We loved the pool and the sauna but also appreciated having dinner in the BBQ hut followed by a few very competitive games of pool and table football. We had four days of absolute bliss and wonderful trips out. What we enjoyed more than anything was the quiet and very scenic location that has views to die for. The welcome lemon cake was greatly appreciated by all (except the baby) Having an indoor pool and sauna are a great asset, also en-suites in every room. bought from a local butcher in Wellington and spent a magical night surrounded by fairy lights and tucking into first class food. 10/10 - 3 generations of our family have just had an amazing week at Ham Bottom. Everything in the house was perfect, it felt like home the moment we arrived. We loved the cake.
Our grandchildren cried at the end of the week, they didn’t want to leave! They had thoroughly enjoyed the pool, the play area and there was plenty of space for cricket and rounders in the evenings. We would definitely return (pity it is fully booked next August) but it gives us chance to try another Sleeps12 property next year. We didn't feel like we had to go anywhere, we had everything we wanted, such a lovely place to stay! We particularly enjoyed the hot tub, pool, sauna and Nordic hut. It was a nice touch having the speakers in the ceiling downstairs and also having our own robes to lounge around in.
