10/10 - Flossy Brook is perfect for a family get-together, a birthday celebration, a hen weekend... Or just a group of friends chilling. The property is immaculate, very clean, with crisp linen, fluffy towels and a well-stocked kitchen with all the equipment you could need . The indoor pool and the outside large play area with trampoline, pirate ship swings, etc. Is a boon when there are children in your party. The warm pool was enjoyed by all the adults too. 10/10 - Flossy Brook - the house was brilliant. All 3 families have enjoyed the week there. The indoor pool was perfect. The house was very clean and well equipped. We loved the open plan aspect and the 2 staircases meant 2 of our families were able to have privacy. None of us wanted to leave and would definitely recommend this property. - Pugh - August 26

10/10 - This property was very nice it had lots of living space and the bedrooms were a good size the whole house was very clean and easily accommodated 11 of us. The pool was fantastic because it was inside we could use it any time. The kids loved the outside space especially the trampoline and play set. 9/10 - Flossy Brook is a lovely house, beautifully presented and maintained, spotlessly clean and well equipped. Big dining table so we could all eat together. Great play equipment for children, good quality. It was lovely to be able to access the swimming pool inside the house. We had a lovely time there during a heatwave week, so spent much of it in the pool. Only downside was that the upstairs bedrooms were extremely hot, even at night. - Dibb - May 26

10/10 - Just returned from a wonderful short break at Flossy Brook. There were 5 adults, 4 children aged 2- 8 and a German Shepherd and we all loved our stay. The pool was very well used as was the trampoline. The weather was amazing & we went to Charmouth on the beach. The property and setting were beautiful with everything we needed. 10/10 - Just returned from a weeks family holiday at Flossy Brook , 6 adults , 7 kids age 3 to 12. We all had an amazing time . The house was spotless and very well equipped , everything you could possibly need. Sofas were comfortable and the beds super comfy . Was great to all be able to sit and eat together round the large dining table . The pool was an absolute hit ! The kids spent most of the week in it . Unfortunately the weather wasn’t good so they didn’t get to spend much time in the garden . Will be back . - Hands - Feb 26

10/10 - We spent the weekend here for my Mother in-laws 60th. We couldn't have asked for more with this property, it was very spacious (picture dont do size justice) had everything you could need in the kitchen to make big meals and breakfasts. The pool was a massive hit with everyone and we sent alot of our time in there as it was a pretty wet weekend. The children loved the park and trampoline even in the rain. We were greeted with milk biscuits and even treats for the dog. We would 100% go back it was lovely. - Smith - Feb 26

9/10 - We had a wonderful, treasured early Christmas family gathering at Floosy Brook. Our first in many years due to living miles a part. We spent our time taking local walks, making the most of the pool, playing board games, just being together around the log fire. Best company, best time. - Jones - Dec 25

10/10 - Fantastic property for multigenerational holiday. The owners had paid meticulously attention to every detail to make the stay enjoyable, even leaving towels and treats for the dogs. The pool and the park was a hit with the youngsters in the group.The most fabulous space was the fantastic farm house table. Many meals and laughs were had around this. Thank you. - Turner - Sept 25

10/10 - This house was amazing. Great size for the family and disability chair. Had the park for kids but also swimming pool which they loved. Lovely places either side of the house to visit. A shame the pub down the road was shut. Definitely a place to go to be with nature, peace and quite. Recycling all goes in the big bin at the top. They didn't say about plastic in the house but had a Recycling bin for plastic at the top of the garden. - Johnson - Aug 25

9/10 - The layout and rooms were great, all being able to sit together around a big dining table or on the sofas was a big plus for games and chats. The best parts for us were the pool and garden, brilliant weather meant we could sit outside after being in the pool, a lovely set up. 10/10 - We chose Flossy Brook because of the indoor pool for the grandchildren and they absolutely loved it. As the days were mostly wet, we were unable to make much use of the climbing frame or trampoline but they were great. Everyone was most comfortable. The kitchen facilities were perfect for our needs.
