10/10 - We had the best time, the house and facilities are beautiful and it's clear how much love has gone into the property, everything is finished to a really high standard, has everything you could possibly need for the stay, and the house is spotless. 10/10 - We had an amazing time at Croftview. It is a fantastic house and exceptionally well suited to large groups. We had 24 people staying, and the house had everything we needed, with plenty of cutlery, glasses and kitchen equipment. The huge indoor and outdoor dining tables meant everyone could eat together. The house is beautifully presented, the pool was a huge hit with the children, and the karaoke was great fun. Would thoroughly recommend! - Thomas - July 26

10/10 - We walked in and all said this is amazing. The house lived up to the descriptions online. Everything you could think of was provided. The decor was beautiful, the pool an added bonus and as for the hobbit house that was the icing on the cake. We all had a wonderful time celebrating my mums 90th and wouldn't hesitate in coming back. 10/10 - We had the most amazing stay here with our whole family and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better place. The house itself is absolutely incredible! Beautifully maintained, spacious, comfortable, and perfect for large family gatherings. Every detail has clearly been thought about, and it made our weekend feel really special from the moment we arrived. The welcome hamper was such a lovely touch too! 10/10 - Croftview was a beautiful setting for our family event. The house had everything imaginable for a special occasion, we loved clay pigeon shooting, toasting marshmallows, the pool area, barbecues and generally partying for the weekend from babies to 70 year olds. 10/10 - The house was spotlessly clean, high end & high tech. There was not a thing that had not been thought of for the perfect guest experience. As I had read myself in previous reviews Charlotte was lovely and on hand to help. The 11pm noise curfew was a challenge as we had 22 ladies on a hen! 8/10 - Overall coming back to Croftview for the second time was a great experience. There were a few things that do need looking into for the next people staying though. Firstly, the floors downstairs were filthy when we arrived, after a few hours the underneath of my socks were black… there also wasn’t enough hot water for people to shower, quite a few people ended up showering in cold water. Finally, the temperate of the pool is far too cold, the smaller children were shivering whilst in there.- Higgins - Jan 26

10/10 - The property was amazing, well maintained, clean and had everything you could possibly need. The attention to detail throughout was superb and the welcome from the owner, Charlotte was great. As it was 31/10 she had arranged Halloween decorations, a stunning homemade Halloween cake from Charlotte, fresh bouquets of flowers on the table and a large and thoughtfully put together welcome hamper as well as a 90th cake topper. 10/10 -The Croftview is an exceptional property, each room is different and just so comfortable, with most having spectacular views. The layout is perfect, the recreation room is ideal with direct access to a fantastic pool, sauna and jacuzzi. The house overall is without doubt 5* and the manager Charlotte was very engaging. Charlotte even made fresh scones and a cake for our arrival with a beautiful local hamper. - Holland - Sept 25

10/10 - Croftview is a must for large groups it has absolutely everything you could want. We were a group of 27 from age 6 to 74. We were there for a week and no one left apart from a couple of group walks. It was truly amazing and no one wanted to leave. The pool, games room and rustic hut were in constant use. This was our second visit and we wouldn’t hesitate to return. Every moment was memorable from stat to finish. - Clayton - Aug 25

Memorable moments: water polo in the swimming pool, casino night (3rd party arrived Sat evening, fun2gocasino), catered dinners in the huge kitchen, walks to the local village and pub, family cricket in the garden. The setting was absolutely stunning, the property spotless and beautifully maintained, and every little detail had been thought through with care. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was Charlotte.Charlotte was warm, welcoming, and incredibly informative from start to finish. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect, always keeping us informed, offering thoughtful suggestions, and making sure we had everything we could possibly need for the most amazing 50th birthday celebration. Nothing was too much trouble, and her attention to detail truly made all the difference. Whether it was coordinating local recommendations, helping us plan special touches, or just checking in with a friendly message, Charlotte made us feel not just looked after, but genuinely cared for. 10/10 - We had a wonderful stay at Croftview. The house was well equipped, great facilities. Stunning views! Clean when we arrived with a lovely hamper and the most delicious mince pies left for us. The owners were really friendly and helpful and even gave the kids a tractor ride which they loved. The pool area was great and well used by us. Enclosed garden was great for our kids and the dogs.
