This house had attractions for every member of the family, ranging from toddlers to teenage children and their parents. 10/10 - We went for my belated 60th birthday with a party of 21. For a whole week, We absolutely loved it from start to finish. The house was really amazing, the owners had thought through everything thing when building it. The weather was rubbish but it didn’t bother us at all, every room was used from the pool, games room to the cinema room. Nothing was too much for the owners, you just messaged them if you weren’t sure about anything & they came in no time. We even had a Caribbean theme with a steel band on the property, it was a fantastic day. There was room for every occasion. The best time was meal times when everyone mucked in & all you could hear was chattering & laughter all week. We would definitely come back intact we are trying to plan for Christmas time. 10/10 - We absolutely loved our stay at Beaverbrook, both the owners made me and my guests feel welcomed and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms are great, clean, modern and cosy. A brilliantly and perfectly set up kitchen. The swimming pool and whirlpool were just sublime we spent a lot of time in there! Everything at Beaverbrook is high spec, it is a great space perfect for any occasion!

The Barn provided the space and facilities for 20 of us to engage with each other and find places for smaller groups or to be alone. 10/10 - A fabulous house used as a base for several family birthday celebrations. We found it well equipped and ideal for a family group aged from 3 to 86 and 2 dogs. No shortage of kitchen equipment for the cooks and easy clean up with 3 dishwashers. Hosts were welcoming and met us to walk around the house as we arrived - contactable if required living on site. 10/10 - Beaverbrook 20 was absolutely amazing I usually can find faults in something but I can honestly say this place is perfection. Came here for my mums 60th for a surprise and she was so overwhelmed. The spa hall was so warm and the facilities were fab, had everything down to washing machine tablets, dishwasher tablets, tea towels, bin bags, plenty of fridge and freezer space, and an ice machine. The games rooms and cinema room was sooooo big. Even though there were 20 people, you still lost people as it was so big, definitely recommend. Anthony was there to welcome us, showed us around to explain all the gadgets, and made sure we all enjoyed our stay. We had originally booked to stay in January 2021, but due to Covid restrictions we had to change our dates to January 2022, Sleeps12 were incredibly helpful with changing our booking and it was definitely worth the wait. 10/10 - Wow, what can I say? Beaverbrook is simply amazing and we all had the best time staying there. We were a group of 20, comprising friends and family, mainly in our 50s and 60s and none of us could fault a thing. Anthony, the owner is a great guy and has thought of everything to ensure his guests have a wonderful stay. He was very welcoming and always so helpful when we had any questions. It is a credit to him and his team that Beaverbrook is so immaculately presented and clean that you would think you were the first guests to stay there.
We stayed there just before Christmas and were very lucky with the weather so we got out during the day for walks and visited local towns. I particularly liked Lyme Regis, but the best bit was coming back to Beaverbrook and using all the fantastic facilities. In fact some of the group didn’t leave the property! The spa hall was incredible and along with the games room was a big hit. We even managed a bbq and sat out in the garden!
I’d thoroughly recommend Gayla Stewart (see Extras). She cooked us a fantastic three course meal. It was lovely to dress up and relax knowing that all the cooking and clearing up was taken care of.
The lounge, games room and kitchen/ dining area are huge so plenty of room for everyone, but even with a smaller group it would be just as perfect.
Beaverbrook really is a special property with 5 star facilities and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it or to go back.
This was the first time I’d used Sleeps 12. A friend had recommended them to me. I can see why. They are a very professional company with great customer service and excellent communication.
If you are reading this you are probably considering booking; take it from me just do it, you won’t be disappointed. - Stanbury

We stayed for Mon - Friday as a family group of 17 across 3 generations. We had a wonderful time, so good we are looking to book again for next year!
We used and loved everything in the accommodation, the pool, games room, bbq we’re all massive hits with the family!
We had big family dinners, quiz nights and murder mystery in the cinema room. We had a amazing welcome by the owners and they were so accommodating and friendly. We had no issues during the stay but we knew we was able to contact the owners via text and they responded instantly. No question was left unanswered! We loved all the meaningful and small touches around the house such as dressing gowns in each room and soap/shower wash and even umbrellas for a rainy day! Everything we needed was already there! The house was spotless and a absolutely amazing area! The facilities were outstanding!! We also used the services of Gayla Stewart who provided a dinner and waitressing service for the meal on our last evening. Again the communication before we travelled down, and the standard of food and waiting on was AMAZING! The evening was wonderful. And finally sleep 12 was also amazing! We had a few issues with Covid and was originally meant to attend the property earlier on last year, however sleeps12 was amazing and was able to move the week for us! The communication between sleeps12 and the family was again amazing! They provided us with so much information and updates about our stay, they responded to all emails quickly and professionally. On behalf of the whole family we would like to thank sleeps12 and the owners for such a amazing holiday! Family memories have been made and we can’t wait to come back! - Pratt

We pulled names out of a hat for a pool tournament which went down a treat. We also had pool games and hide and seek. Toasted marshmallows with songs in the hobbit hut. It was perfect and the fact that everyone had their own en suite was the real bonus! 9/10 - There were only 4 of us due to COVID restriction. We lived in the Spa Hall which is the best sleeps12 property we have stayed in and we have stayed in a few over the last 4 years. We sat on the loungers by the pool reading it was like being abroad on holiday it was so lovely and warm in there the hours just rushed by. Every night was spent in the BBQ hut which was brilliant.
