Large Holiday Cottages With A Sauna
What a luxury! Not just fabulous swimming pools and lovely bubbly hot tubs but we have large holiday cottages with a sauna too, and with room for 8-30 people it's a great bonus to a gatherings of friends and family and a big hit for hen weekends. Plus, the saunas in our big holiday homes are easy to operate and robes are provided!
The health benefits of a sauna are well documented; it's so much more than a fantastic opportunity to completely relax. You can sit and chat knowing that your body will be receiving all sorts of wondrous perks - time spent in a sauna will boost circulation, relieve aches and pains, and it’s great for conditions like asthma and bronchitis, even cold symptoms and headaches. Feel any tension just slip away whilst toxins are expelled and a healthy glow is restored.
Treat it like a spa session; give yourself a mini massage, spend a few moments practising deep breathing techniques, or even meditating. It’s the ultimate in pampering, and don’t we all deserve a little of that? Of course we do!
