Wills Neck, The Quantock Hills, Somerset
Wills Neck is the highest point in the Quantock Hills and a climb to the top is rewarded with panoramic views across the landscape, taking in Dartmoor, Exmoor, the Mendips and the Blackdowns. On a clear day you can see as far as the Brecon Beacons. Park at Triscombe Stone carpark and follow the Macmillan Way right to the summit; if it's a nice day take a picnic, if it's a warm evening stay and watch the sunset.
