Sublyme is a cute contemporary café tucked away in a little courtyard in the small town of Axminster in East Devon. If you’re coming up the steps from the Tesco car park when you see the statue of the cow, Sublyme is just behind it. They’re very accommodating here, gluten free bread, dairy free lunches, nothing is a problem for them; on the menu are things like avocado and scrambled egg on toast, fish finger sandwiches, burgers, paninis, chips, milkshakes and coffee. The smoothies alone are worth going there for.
