Wander up to the top of the high street in Marlborough and you’ll find Sapore D’Italia; a proper job Italian restaurant where you can dine in a nice relaxed setting; a big pizza all to yourself, a nice dish of pasta, fish or steak, washed down with a cold glass of Italian wine. The head chef grew up in Turin where he learned the foundation of good cooking from his mother; consequently, a lot of his recipes have been passed down from generation to generation, in true Mediterranean style. The result is mouth-wateringly good; go see for yourselves.
