Original Wild, Bath, Somerset

The centre of Bath might not be the first place that comes to mind when you think of outdoor pursuits, but that’s where Original Wild like to play – and what an experience, whatever you choose to do.  Just imagine, right, paddleboarding on the River Avon through the middle of the city – or even GIANT paddlebaording – or doggy paddleboarding! Yep, that’s the latest activity Wild Bath have added to their repertoire; your furry friend gets a little life jacket and stands on the paddleboard with you! They offer kayaking, canoeing and raft building too, and whichever you go for, you’re guaranteed a very unique view of Pulteney Bridge!
If you prefer to keep your land legs there’s Code Break Bath; oh what fun! Dashing across the city solving clues and riddles! You might get some funny looks, but hey, you know what you’re doing! Otherwise you can try climbing or abseiling at locations near Bristol, Cheddar or Wells; there’s hill and mountain walking on the Cotswold Way, or a day trip to Pen y Fan – the highest peak in South Wales and a whopper at 886 metres. Take your pick and bear in mind that Original Wild will customise activities for you if you want to include a pub stop or a picnic. Instructors are well experienced and qualified, obvs, you get all the necessary safety gear, and sometimes they lead activities at Bradford on Avon, which is like a mini Bath just a few miles away.
If you’re a corporate group looking for team building ideas, a hen party, or even just a group of friends or family who want a larf together, book up with Original Wild for barrel loads of fun.
