10/10 - The house was beautifully prepared and presented, with generous provision of extras as well as thoughtful facilities. The only small thing (also mentioned by another visitor in the comments book) - a small shelf in bedroom 2 en suite would be very helpful. Possibly a knife sharpener! 10/10 - The pool is the central delight and was used all the time. The new children's play area is an excellent addition. The layout of separate wings for families is great. The number of separate toilets/bathrooms is just right. If you can guarantee warm sunny weather we would have had perfection! - Muid - April 24
10/10 - The downstairs open space was great for adults and children alike. Having the pool was lovely, especially when the weather was wet, and provided hours of entertainment for all the family. Lovely large table to eat at in the evening and to socialise around when children are asleep! Also, the play park was great for the children. - Anderson

10/10 - The house was wonderful, spacious, yet cosy. Facilities such as the pool. play area, table football, was great. The house was spotlessly clean and perfect for our party, which included 3 children, the stair gates, kids' utensils, bath slip mats, stair gates, and cots/child beds - were just fab and enhanced our stay. Every room was furnished beautifully.
The kitchen was so well equipt, with everything you could think of and the 2 fridges and dishwashers, were such a bonus for a large party.
The only things that could have made it even better were; a slightly bigger oven (we did a fair amount of catering and struggled with the size a little), twin beds pushed together are never as nice as doubles (however, they were comfortable an I understand that they are more practical) and would have been great to have had just a little more kindling for a second night.
Communication with the owners/company was great. Thank you for a wonderful and memorable weekend. - Roberts

10/10 - Flossy Brook is an outstanding accommodation. It was amazingly warm throughout (which was a big bonus in November) & we all loved the swimming pool (which was also very warm). The wildlife pond was a delight & we loved seeing the kingfisher. The equipment was excellent & the cleanliness superb. We were there for a long weekend & the weather was definitely inclement but we enjoyed a visit to Sharandys Birds of Prey Centre. We couldn’t do the Hawk Walk, but we all had a good time bird handling. We all learned a lot. - Sage
