Joe Draper brings a very special bespoke dining experience to your large group holiday house. He’s got some impressive experience behind him, having worked for Marco Pierre White and River Cottage, so you know it’s going to be good. The produce he uses ticks all the right boxes - ethical, local, seasonal, wild, organic and sustainable; Joe likes to work closely with the seasons, using wild and foraged food where he can. His style of catering is clean, fresh and rustic; the tastes and flavours are absolutely divine.

Caroline Wholey
Caroline Wholey has heaps of private catering experience including ski seasons in the Alps, summers in the South of France and autumns in shooting lodges. She’s spent a year in the USA as a family cook and has covered numerous director’s lunches in London. These days she’s happy catering for guests at their Sleeps12 holiday house, using seasonal ingredients to create the most delicious dinners and buffets. She will also deliver main dishes and desserts, and make occasion cakes to order.

Flora's Food And Kitchen (Flora Bartlett)
Book Flora Bartlett to come and cook for you at your luxury holiday house; she does relaxed lunches, celebration dinners and buffets, and offers a fully catered service for your whole stay. Well you can if you book up with Sharandy's Birds of Prey and the chances are you'll be able to handle more than one as they have getting on for 30 of them, including hawks, falcons, an eagle, a kestrel, and 12 species of owl. Emily knows the Sleeps 12 properties well, choosing stunning natural backdrops for your family portraits & providing beautiful natural photographs to remind you of your happy holiday.
Emily will produce contemporary black and white images and vibrant colourful photos using natural light and gorgeous rural backgrounds at your Sleeps 12 property, garden and surrounding countryside. A typical shoot will last around an hour and will take place in two or three different parts of the garden/house – wherever the best light is. She’ll do large family group portraits and then a variety of smaller family shots in any combination you like!
