The Manor Pub, Brixham, Devon

The Manor Pub in Brixham oozes personality and charm, so it’s perfect for a cosy drink, which is what they do here – drinks, no food. It’s actually one of the oldest pubs in the whole of Devon and is hidden away from the bustle of the harbour on a cobbled backstreet.
Inside is a mix of quaint and traditional with trendy quirkiness - mismatched brightly coloured chairs and tables, tempting sofas, candles and strings of fairy lights everywhere; it’s easy to feel quite at home and hunker down for a few drinks, though if the weather is nice you might like to sit outside and sip a nice cold drink in the sunshine.
The Manor Pub is also dog friendly, so you can pop in if you’re out for a walk and fancy a cheeky G&T. In any case, you’ll have quite a choice as there are over 40 types of gin on the menu, as well as some very eccentric cocktails, a large wine list and lots of local beers.
With friendly welcoming staff that are highly praised and live music nights every week from an array of local bands, the pub is always full of life; it’s a happy place. You should go along and see what you think.
