The Bull Hotel, Bridport, Dorset
A 16th century coaching inn in the town of Bridport where it’s all hip and happening and there’s a cool vintage scene. The Bull has been revamped and restyled so it’s timeless but very stylish and it’s a popular place for a drink or a bite to eat. It’s open for breakfast, lunch and dinner every day with a good mix of classic and modern British fare and Chef’s Signature dishes that change daily, and there’s even a children’s menu.
Start early with a breakfast of Eggs Benedict, Oat Porridge or Full English; from lunch or dinner mains choose from such toothsome delights as Slow Braised Ox Cheeks, Wild Boar Ragout & Pappardelle Pasta, and Wild Mushroom & Blue Monday Risotto. Upstairs is an elegant cocktail bar, outside a pretty courtyard. Booking essential for large groups.
