Put the pedal to the metal at TeamSport Go Karting Southampton; fun for families, friends and corporate groups. What they have there is a fantastic 375m multi-level track where you can show off your driving skills on hairpin bends, double apex corners, a flyover and long straights where you can go full throttle and overtake if you dare. The petrol karts hit top speeds of 40mph and they have smaller karts for younger drivers – though they must be at least 8 years old and have an inside leg measurement of 25 inches; for those aged 13+ that needs to be 29”. There’s free parking, a bar and food available, so get yourselves down there and get the adrenalin flowing. Don’t worry if it’s something you haven’t done before – TeamSport Go Karting welcomes all abilities, and besides, you get a briefing before you go and there are expert staff on hand all the time.
They do open events like Timed Race Sessions, 50 Lap Races or Unlimited Karting, or groups of 8 or more can book for F1 Experiences. Something else they offer is bespoke team building and social go karting events for corporate groups.
