Quite a choice, and it's all safe and fun with high quality equipment and instructors who are qualified and have lots of experience behind them. There's bound to be something there that's just right for hen parties, corporate groups and for family fun.
All the gear is provided - wet suits and that, so you just need to make sure you've got shoes that can get wet, something that's comfortable underneath a wetsuit, and a towel.
