10/10 - Otterhead house is delightful, set in beautiful countryside.The interior of the house is very tastefully furnished, extremely well equipped and comfortable. On arrival we had been left a very generous food hamper, a homemade lemon drizzle cake and a large jar of cookies along with a gorgeous vase of fresh flowers. This is a lovely touch and very welcoming. The welcome pack was sent out 2 days before our holiday, it was very informative and useful. We were looked after extremely well by George, the owner. We met him on arrival, he came daily, early morning to service the Jacuzzi and did not disturb us but we knew he was a phone call way if needed. We have stayed in "Sleeps 12" properties on several occasions and all houses are of a very high standard but the owners of Otterhead House have gone "the extra mile" to look after their guests. We highly recommend the house and will return. - Aston

10/10 - I had the most amazing stay. This place is so beautiful inside and out. I was really impressed that we could ask for specific bed configurations before we arrived - this was a big help as we weren't a group of couples and some people didn't know each other. The hamper was incredibly generous and unexpected. Not something you often see when you rent out homes. The hot tub and sauna were also brilliant. Everyone loved that they got a robe, it felt like a luxury spa! Communication with owners was easy, friendly and helpful. I want to go back! Thank you for everything. - Carter

The cost of the stay was very reasonable but the price for extra cost for dogs felt quite high. Other than that we thought everything else was perfect. - Martin
