10/10 - The house and its facilities are amazing. The view is stunning. Only thing that us ladies agreed on was that some mirrors were placed too high, and most rooms didn’t have one. Bit awkward when getting ready and filling ourselves up for a night out. The only other thing would be the weather - if you could sort that out for next time that would be great. - Howells - October 2019

10/10 - Taunton is great for the shopping and center, Glastonbury for the weird/unusual and history (but a little on the expensive side!) Also Bridgwater for the choice of pubs and restaurants. - Watts - October 2019

10/10 - The house was lovely - fantastic beds and variety of different rooms to enjoy. The outside hot tub and spa pool were fantastic and the views lovely. The WiFi didn’t work all weekend however which was a shame and there was a leak from family bathroom shower which ran down wall through light fitting to floor below by front door - seems dangerous as near light fitting. Other than that we thank you for a great stay and the lovely treats on arrival - a lovely touch. - Lawton - October 2019

10/10 - Maunder - September 2019

10/10 - We used West Country Games and Pamper parties with Butler in the buff who both did a great job. Amazing views, just absolutely breath taking and lovely setting with hot tub and swim pool on terrace. Could have done with more toilet rolls in bathrooms as we ran out and had to buy more but minor issue compared to issue we had with hot water. - Horne - September 2019

9/10 - A really lovely house, perfect for our 50th Wedding Anniversary Celebration with our family and two dogs. Good quality bed linen, towels etc. The grandchildren particularly enjoyed the Spa pool and the hot tub. We did Glastonbury Tor, both Taunton and Bridgwater are worth a visit and the dogs loved St Audries Bay and Brean Sands. - Cox - July 2019

8/10 - The house and garden were wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Only improvement I could suggest would be investing in some WD40 - most of the hinges on the doors are extremely squeaky. If someone got up to the toilet in the night the whole house was woken up with the screech from the upstairs bathroom door in particular. - Winborn - July 2019

10/10 - Comfort of beds, hot tub, well equipped. - Pryce - June 2019

10/10 - The house was spotless, very impressed with the quality of furniture and decor, plenty of room. - Mountford - June 2019

8/10 - The house is beautifully decorated throughout. On arrival it was very clean, the cake and tea left for us was a lovely touch too. Only thing we found was the living room windows appeared to attract soo many flies! Perhaps invest in something to help prevent them or fly spray could be handy! Overall lovely stay, we all thoroughly enjoyed our weekend and will defiantly use you guys again. - Maddison - June 2019

Response: "Unfortunately we are unable to do anything about flies in the countyside. It's a less attractive part of living in a rural area during a hot summer". - Sleeps12

10/10 - We loved the feel of the property and particularly enjoyed the open living space and glorious views. We can recommend a day out to Glastonbury. - Cowling - May 2019

10/10 - Everything in and around the house was perfect can’t fault it. Attention to detail and interiors were very classy and stylish. Transport is a must as there are no walks nearby that would have been useful after a big meal. Hot tub and Spa were a treat too. - Barnett - May 2019

9/10 - We loved the hot tub and open plan living space at the Dancing Hill property. The view from the property was stunning! We were very happy with the service provided with sleeps12 and would recommend your company. Many thanks. - Young - May 2019

9/10 - The property was very well equipped and had plenty to keep the kids entertained. The only thing I would say the property could benefit from is extra bathrooms/ensuites. - Mather - April 2019

10/10 - Everything about the house and gardens was amazing. Bit windy as you would expect being on a hill but maybe some kind of clear screening around the hot tub but nothing that would affect the fantastic views. Would definitely, 100% recommend this beautiful property. - Montague - March 2019

10/10 - Fab weekend. House has everything we needed. Very spacious and high spec. Amazing views. - Tait - March 2019

8/10 - The view was breathtaking. The house had plenty of space. The outside facilities was amble too. For a hen weekend the drinks room was a great idea. Plenty of toilets. However it was a shame there wasn’t at least 1 more bathroom upstairs. - Lucas-Hamblett - March 2019

10/10 - Amazing home with everything you could need. As far as everyone who was in my party we all said that everything had been thought of which made for a great weekend with friends. - Ward - February 2019

10/10 - Nothing to improve it, it was a home from home but better. Everything you needed was provided and lots of little extras. Totally relaxing, being able to lock ourselves away and forget about the outside world and recharge our batteries, would definitely return perhaps in the summer. - Cumberpatch - January 2019

8/10 - Enjoyed the views. - Sparks - January 2019

9/10 - Drummond - November 2018

10/10 - We particularly enjoyed the snugs, pools and comfy beds. - Vallender - November 2018

10/10 - Whole house, hot tub and surrounding area. We can recommend days out to - National Trust, Dunster Castle and Minehead. Walk locally through the woods. Quantock Hill, Cheddar Caves. - Wade - October 2018

10/10 - Excellent accommodation. Outside gardens and pools were great fun. The house itself was spotless and the beds very comfortable. Would highly recommend to friends and family. I only have one very small negative comment and that would be the time to check out. We felt 10am was far too early, it would have been nice to vacate at 12 noon as there was so many of us. Hope to return some time in the near future. Berrow Beach was lovely especially for dogs this time of year and Exmoor. - Phillips - October 2018

Response: - "Unfortunately, other than a 2 night weekend break, all departures from our properties need to be no later than 10am. We would love to be able to allow a late check out, but with a 4pm arrival time we really need the 6 hours to get the property ready for the next guests, which means a thorough clean of the whole house and all the necessary checks to ensure everything is in order." - Sleeps12

10/10 - The house was in excellent order, very comfortable and lots of facilities. Only downside - lack of bathrooms. The steam railway to Minehead, very good trip. - Burns - October 2018

10/10 - The house is impeccable. Great space, nice to have different areas to sit. The views are amazing, both day and night. Hot tub and swim spa pool are nice added touch. Very little to improve, just a few more toilet rolls, as we ran out and had to get some from the village Tesco. two toilet rolls per toilet (there were only 4 - for up to 12 people) not sufficient. And perhaps some lamps in the living rooms, so if you didn't want overhead lights on or dimmed. We only went to the Walnut Tree Hotel in North Petherton for Sunday Lunch. It was a homely meal, and the restaurant was very nice. - Clements - September 2018

9/10 - We had a great time & would definitely recommend it. The door into the main bedroom is stuck on the carpet. It desperately needs at least 1 more bathroom upstairs, preferably 2. - Stride - September 2018

9/10 - The house was absolutely perfect. The only addition I would make is an OS Map so you could plan a lovely walk! - Yeo - September 2018

10/10 - We had an absolutely fantastic stay for my sister's 40th Birthday. We highly recommend the house, it had everything we could possibly need. The outdoor area was amazing. We are looking forward to returning soon. - Jones - August 2018

9/10 - The house was lovely and spacious, we were three families and weren't under each other’s feet and had our own space. The thing that lost this place .5 was there was no outdoor plugs, we had young children and brought monitors which needed to be plugged in and when your enjoying the views outside we couldn’t hear them inside. - Griffiths - August 2018

Response: - Outdoor waterproof sockets can be found under the verandah and there is also a doube socket iin the front garden. - Owner

10/10 - The property was of a very high standard and very well equipped. Thank you very much. - Thorne - July 2018

10/10 - A lot of ladies tripped over the bi folding door frame work. - Morgan - June 2018

10/10 - Really lovely property with great views. Beds comfy with lovely linen and towels. Everything you could think of was provided including a welcome basket of cake, milk, tea, coffee, biscuits etc. the rooms were beautifully decorated and the layout worked well for our party of 11. Would definitely recommend and would happily return. Berrow beach is good for dog walking. - Tyler - June 2018

10/10 - Loved everything. All the details. The fact it wasn't furnished on the cheap! The ONLY thing I would change? The position of the kettle when making 12 cups of tea would be better placed on the other side. - Hunt - June 2018

9/10 - Recommend Cheddar Gorge for a day out. House was fantastic. Disappointed on Thursday to spend the morning with someone cutting the grass so we couldn't access the garden all morning. - Griffiths - May 2018

10/10 - The most beautiful property for our hen weekend getaway. Dancing Hill had every amenity we required and the outside space just made it. We had the most beautiful weather and spent all weekend in the pool and hot tub. The private chef recommended by Sleeps12 completed our wonderful weekend. - Kentish - May 2018

9/10 - The hot tub water was green and murky with lots of foam which wasn't that appealing to get into! I contacted the house manager who told me it was safe to use though. We can recommend Tiverton canal trip as a day out. - Leeson - May 2018

10/10 - We went as a hen do. There was 11 of us. The house is absolutely amazing with breath taking views!! Rooms and decor fantastic beds super comfy. No complaints at all. We all enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend. Elliott-smith - May 2018

10/10 - Everything was amazing. Iglesias - May 2018

10/10 - We all enjoyed the whole experience of Dancing Hill. It had everything we wanted and more. It is such a beautiful place to stay for what ever occasion. Plenty of space to escape if you need time out also the hot tub and spa pool are wonderful and we were lucky enough to have sun. There are no negatives. We took outside glass wear which I'm glad we did. It was more safer than taking glass wear while seating out side enjoying a glass or two! The bbq/fire pit worked really well. There is plenty of garden to relax in also in the height of the summer some sun loungers may be an idea. All you need to do is take yourself and your belongings as the house is well equipped with every thing you can imagine. We took throws for the evening when we sat outside as the weather was a bit chilly in the evening. Sue and Julie the pamper girls came to do treatments they are amazing felt so relaxed afterwards, highly recommend them. Dancing Hill has such a most homely feeling to relax and enjoy we didn't want to leave. Hopefully go back in the near future. We felt priviliged to stay there. We enjoyed every second. - Jewell - April 2018

10/10 - Excellent service from Sleeps 12 and fantastic property owner who was very obliging. We can recommend Clarks' Village and Barrington Court for days out. - Ahmad - April 2018

8/10 - We can recommend Clarkes outlet village. Also spend an hour or so at Pyne's of Somerset - fantastic local market shop with friendly staff and the most amazing fresh produce. We had an amazing weekend and we would give the accommodation 4* out of 5. The house is beautiful but when you put on the spec BBQ with a bag of charcoal we expect that, regardless of the weather. We had planned a BBQ but were told the owners didn't think we would want one this early in the season so there wasn't one there! There was also 2 patio heaters by the shed which we would have loved to use in the evenings when sitting outside but were told we couldn't use these (please don't leave them in full sight!) Also there weren't enough cushions for the outdoor seating area - some were left in the outside box but the others were locked in the garage as again we were told we weren't expected to want to sit outside! A few further, small comments would be .... a few throws for the outside seating area, an outside mat by the bi-fold door (and an inside mat) so when you come in from the hot-tub you don't drip water everywhere (as you have to go through the dining room to get to the shower), a few rugs in the comfy/seating area as we could see others had already stained the lovely carpet and it's easier to replace a rug than the whole carpet. Some mood lighting in the main TV/Seating area - there were 2 candle lanterns hanging up but they didn't work. We found the lights too bright but it would have been lovely to have a few smaller lamps. If the weather is bright maybe some shade over the panoramic windows so you can see the TV. A whisk in the kitchen and extra cuttlery - we had a caterer in for the Saturday night and we didn't have enough cuttlery for the starters/main/pudding so had to wash the cuttlery after the courses. The above comments are only small things which can improve this new property and push it up to a brilliant 5* status. We absolutely loved the kitchen/dinning/tv area with the extra fridge for the drink and the extra space this gave us in the food fridge. We had a brilliant weekend and would return. We have already been recommending the property to friends. Oh, another small comment - we felt the pictures of the kitchen/dinning area on the website doesn't do the house justice. We are now looking for our next break in Sept/Oct. Many thanks - Edwards - March 2018

10/10 - The view, the overall quality of the place. There is nothing that could have been done to improve the experience we had a excellent time and would definitely recommend it to other people. Burrow - March 2018
