8/10 - We had a great time as a large (12 people) family of adults in this newly converted property. The bedrooms were of roughly equal size, so no-one felt they were getting the "leftover" room, and all had good access to bathrooms. The living room is a lovely big space for socialising. It was a brilliant location for exploring the beautiful countryside and many attractions nearby. Highlights were canoeing at Hay-on-Wye, Ludlow and swimming at Ludlow Mill, golf at Kington GC, high ropes at Oaker Wood. - Fleming - Aug 26

10/10 - Absolutely amazing! 12 of us came for a hen party and honestly wow, absolutely blown away with how beautiful this property was. Had everything we needed and more! We loved the hot tub area and the gorgeous garden plus the games room was lots of fun. I can’t recommend this property enough, even down to the beds were insane.
