10/10 - We had a wonderful time at Duxhams with all our family. The house is absolutely beautiful with plenty of space for our large group to spread out, inside and out. Lucy was so helpful and on hand to answer any queries we had during our stay. We loved the hot tub and used that a few times and also tried the pizza oven, which was a fun evening. 0/10 - Sleeps 12 communicated throughout the whole process so I had confidence in them and they delivered. Duxhams is a special house, decorated to a high standard. We simply had the best time and enjoyed our short stay The house allowed a group of friends to spend time together to celebrate a big birthday in comfort and style. 10/10 - Waking up to all the beautiful views surrounding the property and Duxhams gave us all the space we needed for our large family. Maybe would have liked air conditioning in the bedrooms but this would not stop us from returning to Duxhams. Have to say Lucy, who met us on arrival, was extremely helpful and suggested some lovely places to visit. - Brown

10/10 Duxhams House was absolutely stunning both inside and out. We were celebrating our 40th Wedding Anniversary with family and everybody was blown away by the facilities and setting. Duxhams is a wonderful house, which has been beautifully decorated and equipped. 10/10 - The property is absolutely stunning and very well equipped. We had a few issues with hot water but the owners/managers were very quick to respond. I would suggest a few extra larger pots/pans for a property this size. Overall a fantastic experience, I’ll definitely be back :) - Connell
