The House
Step into a huge open plan living space with full height windows and French doors that give uninterrupted views over the countryside to the Blackdown Hills National Landscape. Interiors are fresh and modern, with solid oak doors and furniture, and Travertine flooring throughout. Big comfy sofas entice you to put your feet up, a long bespoke dining table comfortably seats 18 - perfect for those happy celebration dinners; the Shaker style kitchen has everything you need for your stay.
Right of the living space are Bedrooms 1-3; off the kitchen are Bedrooms 4-6; all are spacious and finished in restful neutral tones; there's wardrobe space and blackout blinds, and all beds are zip and link (super king or twin).
In the self-contained annexe there’s a cosy living space with a snug area and a small but well equipped kitchen; off right is Bedroom 7, to the left are Bedrooms 8 and 9. The annexe is ideal if you have families in your group with younger children who need an earlier bedtime than the rest of you, or for anyone who likes to have their own space away from the crowd.
Across the lawn is the pool hall where the pool takes centre place; there’s a shower and WC, and next door is the games room with table tennis, pool and table football. The young 'uns will have plenty of room to play in the lawned courtyard, or in the garden where there's sturdy play equipment for them. The terrace is a wonderful spot for alfresco dining - nice and private with lovely views, and quite a suntrap!
