Step into the hallway and just look how light and airy this house is, and how well designed - the modern interiors, the glorious views. You’ve chosen well! On the left is the bespoke oak and glass staircase, and the well-equipped open plan kitchen/dining room, with a marble and stainless steel dining table made especially for Tip-Top; dress it, gather round for a very special celebration feast cooked by private chefs (see Extras). If it's warm outside pull back the huge bifold doors and let the sunshine roll on into the room, adding to the relaxed holiday mood.
Right of the hall is the living room, with big fat sofas to curl up on, a huge TV for family movie nights, and for the colder months, a user-friendly wood-burning stove. On warmer days, with the full height doors open onto the terrace, indoors and outdoors merge seamlessly.
At the end of the hall there's a utility room, access friendly Bedroom 5, and a shower room (also access friendly).
Upstairs off a wide galleried landing are Bedrooms 1-4, all with zip and link beds (super king or twin) and TVs; Bedroom 1 has an ensuite bathroom, the rest have ensuite shower rooms. All beds at Tip-Top are zip and link (super king or twin), Bedrooms 3 and 4 both have room for an extra guest bed so they can sleep 3.
Outside a big south facing terrace runs along the front of the house and round to the sides. Enjoy the sunshine, love the breathtaking views across the hills. Spend idle hours soaking in the swim spa, tucking into alfresco lunches cooked on the barbecue or pizza oven, thrash out a game of table tennis.
A few strides away there's a lovely Nordic style BBQ lodge; time to cosy up, toast marshmallows and sizzle sausages. The young ‘uns will love the play area with a climbing fort, slide and swings.
