Joe Draper brings a very special bespoke dining experience to your large group holiday house. He’s worked for the likes of Marco Pierre White and River Cottage, so you know it’s going to be good. The produce he uses is ethical, local, seasonal, wild, organic and sustainable; Joe likes to work closely with the seasons, using wild and foraged food where he can. His style of catering is clean, fresh and rustic; the tastes and flavours are absolutely divine.

Flora's Food And Kitchen (Flora Bartlett)
Book Flora to come and cook for you at your luxury holiday house; she does relaxed lunches, celebration dinners and buffets, and offers a fully catered service for your whole stay. If you just want something delivered to heat up for supper, Flora can do that too. She’s a Prue Leith trained chef so you know it’s going to be good; ingredients are sourced as locally as possible, with organic beef coming from animals raised and grazed on her parent’s farm.

Jonathan’s catering experience spans over 25 years and includes a stint at Raymond Blanc's flagship restaurant, Le Manoir Aux Quat Saisons, Oxford. He’ll bring his culinary skills and flair to you, catering for all occasions and all diets (his vegetarian and vegan food is divine). Celebration cakes, speciality desserts, canapes, 3 course dinners, barbeques, street food, pig roasts, or a tasty pre-cooked meal for the freezer, he can do it all. Marc at Soul Food has worked for several well-known restaurants, including the Castle Hotel in Taunton, Marc Hix, River Cottage and The New Angel at Dartmouth. He caters for all diets and will create a bespoke menu for a celebration dinner, cream tea, buffet, barbecue, canapes - whatever you want. Brian at BBland offers instruction in archery, rifle shooting, clay shooting and laser clay shooting as well as fun-filled team building activities. He has years of experience and is fully qualified, working mainly within the Somerset area. He'll happily come to your holiday house for outdoor pursuits bringing great fun for families, friends and colleagues.

Fly Fishing Tuition at Pitsworthy
There's a private lake at Pitsworthy, all yours for the duration of your stay. Fly fishing tuition is available from Rob, the house manager; he has years of experience, and 3 rods can be supplied. Catch a fish for tea, take back to smoke or cook, or give it to Amy who does the on site catering and she’ll come up trumps with a tasty supper.

Clay Pigeon Shooting at Pitsworthy
If you fancy trying your hand at clay pigeon shooting when you’re staying at Pitsworthy the good news is you won’t have to go far. You can book for tuition with Rob, the house manager, who is a fully qualified, insured and experienced instructor, so you know you’re in expert hands. Guns and ear protectors are supplied, the setting, amidst the glorious Exmoor countryside is incredible. An amazing day for your group – round it off with a picnic packed for you by Amy, who does catering on site, or hire her to cook for you back at the house.

Why not celebrate your family gathering with a photo-shoot with award-winning portrait photographer Emily Fairweather? Emily knows the Sleeps 12 properties well, choosing stunning natural backdrops for your family portraits & providing beautiful natural photographs to remind you of your happy holiday.
Emily will produce contemporary black and white images and vibrant colourful photos using natural light and gorgeous rural backgrounds at your Sleeps 12 property, garden and surrounding countryside. A typical shoot will last around an hour and will take place in two or three different parts of the garden/house – wherever the best light is. She’ll do large family group portraits and then a variety of smaller family shots in any combination you like!

Banquet & Bloom
Minky can come and make your Sleeps12 holiday house in Devon or Somerset look SO pretty for you. She’ll dress the table in her own rustic style using vintage look fabrics and the most gorgeous flowers hand cut from her own garden on the farm where she lives. She uses the loveliest vases and accessories and the result is just charming. Great for celebrations or just because.
