10/10 - Zippity is an amazing holiday home for all ages and we have just enjoyed our second time and will be back. We had an amazing weekend last year for my daughter in law’s hen do, and have just returned home after the most wonderful weekend for my husband’s birthday. Our family party consisted of three generations, 14 of us, with my sons and wives in their thirties and our grandchildren ages 14, 12, 5, 4, 3, and 12 weeks and we had a ball! Zippity is so well equipped there is nothing you need to take other than good, drink and pool towels. 
The games lounge is fabulous, sky tv, Xboxes, pool, air hockey, Pac-Man, so much has been thought about. 
The kitchen area is fantastic! Everything you need and if such high standard. Now to the bedrooms with en-suites, absolutely beautifully decorated! We arranged an online shopping delivery on our arrival which worked so well. 
Beautiful grounds to walk and explore, and the alpacas and animals make it exciting for the children to feed. The whole booking process from start to finish through sleeps12.com has been easy and informative including payment options, I would thoroughly recommend and will definitely use again. I already have friends asking for the details so book early as very popular! Just one thing that we felt would be a bonus is some metal hooks on the wall by the pool to hang towels/robes whilst in the pool, especially through winter months when the grass area is wet. - Green

10/10 - The pool was stunning and the 6 kids really enjoyed it. The layout of the property was good and really worked for us. Facilities, kitchen equipment, towels, etc were all just what you wanted and couldn't have asked for more. All instructions books available and the welcome book was amazing! 10/10 - My family of 14 stayed in Zippity for a week in April, our ages ranged from 19-80 years and we were there to celebrate my Dad's 80th birthday.  The house is amazing with plenty of room for everyone and the facilities catered for all our ages, the heated swimming pool was used every day and enjoyed by all. The games room was brilliant and again used everyday - with pool tournaments, pacman contests, the gaming fans had a fab time with the x box wall and the roof terrace a great place to watch the sunset over the fields and beyond. We also used the bbq and outside space for aqua aerobics and yoga. Laurie the owner gave us very clear instructions and the communication was superb - she is so friendly and kind. There was a birthday cake waiting for our arrival and dog treats for the four legged family member. The kitchen and dining area are a great place for us all to meet for breakfast to plan our day and the dining table plenty of room for us all to gather for dinner. The bedrooms are spacious and elegant with comfortable beds. There was also plenty of parking space for the 7 cars in our party (including two campervans) and there was a very convenient drop off/disabled parking space at the front of the house for dropping off bags etc. We had an absolutely wonderful stay and will definately be back. We spent a lot of out time at the property (as it was so beautiful) but also visited the following which I would recommend: Bath, Frome, Warminster, Longleat and Heavens Gate walk, we also had a delicious meal at La Campagna (The Angel Inn), Upton Scudamore, Warminster - superb food and wonderful atmosphere with friendly staff.
