10/10 - We enjoyed it all, having a change of scenery, plenty to do and plenty of space to rest if required.The house was immaculate not needing an item, all to hand and was a stunning place to live in again the hosts were very welcoming, polite and, on hand in need. 10/10 - The week we were there was extraordinarily hot and at times we all felt like air con would have been nice but being realistic, that’s something that would only be used on very rare occasions, but the owners supplied fans for us all which made a big difference. We enjoyed the space we all had as the photos in the ad don’t even come close to doing the house justice, it was a beautiful house in stunning gardens with mature trees all around. The garden area alongside the orangery was perfect for small children along with the swings and the fairy garden which totally bewitched my 4yr old granddaughter. Plenty of parking space which was shaded, all the facilities were first class and as I have worked in the building industry my whole life I could see there was no cutting back in quality of the fixtures and fittings throughout the house. We came with 7 adults and 6 children and we never ever felt cramped or tripping over one another and as I said before, the photos don’t do justice to the sheer scale and quality of Hamble House. And also the lady who met us Ailsa and the owners could not have been more accommodating in being there at the drop of a hat if we needed anything. We all had a fabulous time and hope to come back very soon ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - Gleave

10/10 - I loved that the property was well appointed so that there were enough towels etc for the whole stay meaning no disturbances from cleaners etc. The house has many different zones which allowed for the group to gather or have their own space. A great venue for a large party looking for luxury accommodation. The house manager was really welcoming and gave us lots of information on the house and surrounding area and then left us alone to enjoy whilst being clear she was on the end of the phone and available at all times. We had taken lots of garden games which we could not stake into the ground as there's artificial grass so would have been good to know as could have chosen games differently but this is a minor point. - Barclay

10/10 - I have fully appreciated the manner in which Sleeps12 conducts its business. Prompt response to any queries, very informative throughout the process from booking to post stay. All Sleeps12 staff who were involved with my booking gave me quick and confident response. The property was absolutely incredible and more than delivered on the wow factor!! Ailsa the Manager of the property complex was absolutely first class. Every aspect of the property was 1st class. We had an amazing stay there. - Pearce

10/10 - The house and all it’s facilities were amazing. There was so much to do and keep the family happy. We had a 70s themed disco and karaoke night and a 1920s murder mystery night. The house was perfect for both. It has enough outside space and rooms to enable a large family and friends to stay and all be able to do their own thing without interrupting the others. Highly recommend this house. 

10/10 - Hamble House Retreat was just spectacular - a wonderful house with plenty to do for all 4 generations of our family to enjoy, relax and have a very special time together. - Woodling
