10/10 - The house was fabulous and the pool was a real age leveller. The kitchen was well equipped and I liked how we could specify the bed arrangements in advance of arriving. The whole house was well laid out, very clean & smart. The location was perfect for the area. Proximity to the railway station was a bonus. Loved absolutely everything about the property and the local area.

9/10 - The house was really lovely just as advertised. We had a fabulous stay with all the comforts of home- plenty of kitchen and dining utensils and so clean. The bedrooms and bathrooms are really comfortable with crisp white sheets and fluffy towels. The garden and the pool were such fun for the children..used every day and by the end of the week, they were all swimming like little fish! We all agreed it was a great find for our family reunion of 14 celebrating our 70th birthdays. - Bacon

9/10 - This property is beautiful, such a lovely homely house. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here with the family. The gardens are exceptional so much space to play a game of cricket & football. The swimming pool was lovely and warm the only downside was the depth of the pool, only a small shallow area then dropping to 8 feet. We did use the pool a lot but the children were restricted to just splashing around in the shallow end. This said we would return to this fab property. Pritchard

10/10 - We went as a family for my wife’s 70th birthday, The property was excellent, it was big with lovely gardens, it was very safe behind a security gate and well equipped. The pool was a big favourite with our grandchildren. The owner was soon there to greet us and to help with any needs. We had a perfect weekend and would highly recommend it. - Raistrick

9/10 - It was lovely to return to Garden Court, to enjoy the family reunion and to meet Jake for the first time. The pool is a great attraction, set back discreetly in the stunning mature grounds and the games room is a good alternative activity. Would recommend a day out to Boxhill. - Green

10/10 - Great property, great grounds, good swimming pool, if you’re going to relax then this is a lovely place! The TVs downstairs have Sky, Nextflix etc. Great BBQ unit outside. Brilliant place to unwind.

9/10 - The house works beautifully for our group of 4 adults and 2 children in 3 bedrooms. Our return visit proved just as enjoyable as our August one. It was warm and inviting with Christmas tree and other bits. Jake the owner was as usual very approachable for telephone/text queries to help us find how things worked in winter. 10/10 - This house is fabulous, the garden glorious and the location is superb. Tucked away and very secluded, the perfect getaway. I wouldn't change anything! We mostly stayed in appreciating the beautiful house garden and pool. We did go to Harry Potter studios on the last day - about a 50 minute drive, which is of course fantastic. - Symes

9/10 - For ten of us with a mix of adults, active teenagers and a nine year old, Garden Court provided everything we needed. A fantastic indoor swimming pool and a games room together with a half size football pitch in the huge garden meant there was always something to do. The house is very spacious and comfortable. I don't think any more could have been done to improve the experience. Many thanks. Beautiful local walks in the countryside to Box Hill and Stepping Stones. - Bell
