Zia Pizza, Westbury, Wiltshire
Authentic Italian food in Wiltshire, in the small town of Westbury, to be precise. Get stuck into a 12” stone baked pizza, the only problem is deciding which one to have. Will it be Ortolana (tomato, mozzarella, artichokes and sweet peppers), La Nonna (tomato, mozzarella, chicken and sweetcorn) or the Zia Special (tomato, mozzarella, ham, bacon and pepperoni). If you’d prefer a pasta dish the choice is equally good and you can opt for sides like cheesy potato wedges and a salad. Round it off with a pud like Bread & butter pudding, Tiramisu or Chocolate fudge brownie.
Each pizza is individually made, using proper job Italian flour in the dough – but then, the guys who run Zia Pizza are Italian, so what else would you expect?
