Leave all your cares behind when you come to Fuzzy Orchard; it’s like a world of your own here. You'll love this luxury large group holiday lodge the minute you step inside; daylight streams in through full height doors and windows, the feels are calm and relaxing, interiors are modern and eye-catching. Walk in through the front door to a large games room where there’s a pool table and table football, a big TV and plenty of comfy seating for spectators; it’s a great space to gather together before dinner because it leads through to the kitchen/dining room - so whoever’s doing the cooking needn’t be left out of the fun.
The kitchen is very well-equipped, taking the stress out of catering for your large group. If you’re here for a family celebration push the boat out and hire recommended private caterers from our Extras list to come and cook up a feast for you. Sip a Mojito at the bar, or if it's warm enough, pull back the doors and step out onto the patio for cocktails and canapes before you take your place at the table for an extra special dinner.
A door opens off the dining area to a lobby and a WC/utility room with laundry facilities; beyond is the pool room with the pool centre place, and to one end the sauna and a shower. When it’s hot out push the doors right back along one side of the pool hall and et the sunshine roll in.
Back in the main part of the house, left of the games room are Bedrooms 1 and 2, both access friendly with TVs and ensuite wet-rooms. All the beds at Fuzzy Orchard are zip and link so you can have them arranged as super kings or twins - just let us know after you've completed your booking and leave the rest to us.
Upstairs, the huge living room has big podgy sofas to curl up on and a full height window giving wonderful views across the valley. This is a wonderful space throughout the seasons, light and fresh on summer days, gorgeously cosy with soft lamplight on winter evenings; it’s one of the best spots in the house to catch some truly spectacular sunsets, especially from the balcony.
To the left of the living room are Bedrooms 3 and 4; Bedroom 3 has an ensuite bathroom with a TV built into the wall at the end of the bath, and a separate showering area; Bedroom 4 has an ensuite wet room. Right of the living room are Bedrooms 5 and 6; Bedroom 5 has an ensuite bathroom with a bath and TV, and a separate shower area, Bedroom 6 has an ensuite wet room. Bedrooms 3 and 5 can both accommodate an extra guest bed at an additional charge each.
Outside, the 2 acre private grounds are surrounded by fields and hills. On the patio just outside the kitchen there's a hot tub with a domed cover that you can pull over you if it's a tad chilly, or push right back if the sun is high in the sky. A short path takes you to the Nordic style BBQ Lodge where you can tuck into delicious chargrilled food any time of year; even in the winter when it's pouring with rain this is such a cosy place to be, when you're all wrapped up in reindeer skin rugs beneath the fairy lights. There's a play area, a trampoline and goal posts, so plenty by way of amusement for the younger members of your party. We perfectly understand why so many of our guests don't feel the need to go out much when they come to stay at Fuzzy Orchard; this is such a great place to be. Book today!
