Attwell Motor Museum, Calne, Wiltshire
This small motor museum in Calne has over 100 cars dating from the 1920’s, as well as motorcycles, mopeds, bicycles, and some interesting memorabilia. There’s even a reconstructed 1930’s garage, vehicles and everything, just like it would have been back then. But, if you’re mad keen on motors then you’re going to want to know what’s there, so to give you an idea, they have an Issigonis Mini 9x gearless prototype, a 1952 Austin Sheerline, a Buick Albemarle, a 1934 Alvis Speed 20, a 1931 Singer Junior, a 1938 Daimler EL24, and … a Graiseley milk float! They hold a Classic Vehicle Show each year, and road runs now and then. Honestly, if cars are your thing, you’ll like it here.
