7/10 - We had a lovely family weekend celebrating a special Wedding Anniversary at Ted’s Place. Great house and garden but we did encounter a few issues. - Stevens - Aug 25 

10/10 - Great house we had a amazing holiday, kids loved the games room and the swim spa was great. Only 15 mins from the beach - Cole - July 25 

10/10 - stayed as a family of 8 (various ages) plus 2 dogs, to celebrate my Daughters 30th birthday. The house and views are just beautiful, we couldn't fault anything, so much space for everyone. The gardens are contained so the dogs could also roam freely which was great. Location is spot on, you feel like you are in the middle of nowhere yet local amenities are just a short journey away. Charlotte the House Manager was so helpful and we all cannot wait to come back again. Just brilliant. - Harris - July 25 

10/10 - Once we arrived at the property we di not go out. House was great and garden a real sun trap. Possibly could have had more sun beds and a parasol but we managed. Would definitely recommend. - Montague - May 25

9/10 - The larger hot tub was great and the games room. A frying pan that you could use on the induction hob would’ve been helpful. - Southall - May 25

9/10 - We all had a wonderful time, the house is gorgeous and tastefully decorated. The swim spa perfect, we even got to see deer whilst relaxing. My only improvement would be salt and pepper in the grinder, more toilet roll and it would have been so useful to have a toilet in the en-suite but like I said we had the best time 😀 - Spicer - Oct 24
