We were over the moon to hear that Levity has won a VisitEngland 2023 Rose Award. This is one of the most respected British tourism awards, with only 100 being given each year right across the accommodation sector in England. This includes hotels, B&Bs, camping and glamping sites, so the competition is strong. You have to consistently demonstrate the highest levels of service in welcoming guests and providing an outstanding visitor experience to get this prestigious award in the bag – and Charlotte and the team at Levity have done it! This is a fantastic reflection on their hard work and the happy welcome they have for their guests.
The 2023 Rose Awards were carefully selected by the VisitEngland quality scheme assessors taking into account nominations, assessor comments and online customer reviews. What the judges look for is what makes the business stand out, like the type of features and facilities offered, the things that make the customer’s visit an outstanding experience.
