Quad World, near Exeter, Devon
Head down to Quad World near Exeter for some serious off-road fun! This is very popular with hen parties and with corporate groups because they’ll tailor it to what you want, with food and photography included. Don’t feel you have to complete the course if you're of faint hearted stock, but if you really want to put your skills to the test you’ll love the 1.5 mile Pro Track. The main half mile circuit can be used in more or less any weather so if it's wet, bring your waterproofs and remember it's only rain, not nuclear waste or anything. It actually adds to the fun, as long as you don't mind getting a bit dirty.
You’ll get full instruction and protective clothing but do wear your scruffs and sensible shoes – no shorts, t-shirts or sandals; they do smaller bikes for children from age 6 upwards and bigger beasts for the grown ups. The other good news is that they’re all geared up for the less able bodied at Quad World.
