Newton Ferrers, Devon
On the banks of the scenic Yealm estuary in South Devon, Newton Ferrers is a tranquil and picturesque village of thatched cottages, surrounded by rolling hills, woodlands and little creeks. Despite being small, the harbour is still quite a busy one, especially in the summer months when you can sit and watch the boats come and go or take a trip out on the river.
