Introduction
Beautiful 15th century chateau and converted stables in the french countryside sleeping up to 25 guests .
Outdoor swimming pool . games room , cinrma room and gym set in 23 acres of gorgeuos and private grounds
Pre-Arrival For Both The Chateau and The Stables
By train - The nearest train station is and airport in Poitiers approximately 40 mins distant and owners can collect from. both
flights to Bordeaux , Paris and Tours then train to Poitiers is posible.
Ferries to several ports, nearest being Caen followed by a 3.5hr drive
Euro Tunnel to Calais then 6 hr drive

Key Collection, Welcome and Car Parking for The Chateau and The Stables
All guests will be welcomed by the owner and will be given a tour and answer any questions
The parking area can accommodate 10 cars.
Access from road down a gravelled drive with outdoor lighting including a ligthouse top!
Entrance to Property
level entrance from car park. small step into the house which can also be ramped .
Front door is 1.5m wide and side entrance door is 1.2m wide
Flooring is chestnut boards from the front entrance , then limestone flags
Living area/Childrens play room/ Games room.
Door is 1.5m wide and room is 6m x 6m comfortable seating for up to 9 guests .open fire . Logs provided
Kitchen
Kitchen measuring 11m x 6mm is on the fround floor and the door is 1.1m wide.
Aga and module central island/breakfast bar seats 6 and occasional table seats 6.
Dining Area
Dining room main door is 1m wide and dining room is 8m x 6m
Sound system and mood lighting . Wood burning stove and logs provided . Long banqueting table can seat 10 and a second table can be added to seat extra 6.
Bedrooms and Sleeping Areas
Ground floor bedroom - Accessed from kitchen through door 1m wide and flat hallway leads to 2 bedrooms and a shared bathroom. Flooring is polished limestone throughout . All rooms uniquely lit with central and bedside lights
Ground floor bedroom Persia- Door width 0.8m wide and room is 6m x 4m and the round dressing room is 4m diameter with one zip and link king bed and 1 single bed.
Ground Floor Bunk bedroom- accessed the door to bunk is 0.8m and the room is 6m x 5m . two sets of bunk beds and 2 single beds .
Ground Floor Bathroom/Wet room - the door to the room is 0.8m wide and the room is 5m x 5m tiled with copper honed slate . large octagonal bath is 1.8m diameter and 54cm high . Toilet height is 44cm, hand basin height is 84cm with flat access shower with room for wheelchair/seat
Staircases to first Floor
Spiral staircase in tower treads are 1.4m in length and treads are triangular 20cm one end and 50cm at the other with full balustrade .
back staircase off hallway has 1m treads , enclosed staircase leads to first floor hallway and front door .
First floor hallway - front door is 1.5 m wide . Hallway is 1.8m wide by 5m long, extending to either side from therre is a T shaped 1.5mwide and 22m long with chestnut flooring
First Floor Bedrooms
India- Door is 1m wide and room is 6m x5m with super king bed and chestnut wooden flooring . Door to ensuite is 1m wide , the ensuite is 4m x 2m with walk in shower over 45cm high . toilet height is 40cm , sink 1m .
China - Door is 1m wide and room is 6m x 5m with wooden flooring . Door to ensuite is 70cm wide and the room is circular 4m diameter with walk in shower . bath with with shower over 45cm high . Toilet 45cm high. Sink 1m.
Art Deco - Door is 1m wide. Room is 6m x 5m wooden flooring . Door to en suite is 1m wide . En suite is 4m x 2 m . bath with shower over 60cm high . Yoilet height is 45cm sink is 1 m
Music Room - Door is 1 m wide and room is 6m x 5m with wooden flooring
First floor single toilet - door is 1 m wide and room is 4m x 2m with toilet height 45cm with hand basin.
Staircase to Top Floor - Spiral staircase treads are 1.4m in length with treads are triangular 20cm at one end and 50cm at the other with full balustrade.
Top Floor - Open plan floor size 24m x 13 m with fully equiped kitchen in one of the towers

23 acres of grounds with walled patio area next to hallway to kitchen 9m x 6m.
Second patio area at south east end of chateau is 3m x 2m
Swimming Pool (NB: Children must be supervised at all times)
Access to the pool is in pool house size is 2m x 1.8m

Entrance - has one main entrance with large stone step and door width is 1.3m with side entrance with 85cm door width
Ground Floor - Accessed directly from the main entrance 5m x 6m with ceramic floorin and wall lights.
Ground Floor Kitchen - is entered from the lounge-dining area through a door 70cm wide. room is 5m x 2.5m
Ground Floor Bedroom - Access from kitchen up short flight of stairs and the room is 4m x 4m with oak flooring.
Ground Floor Hallway - entred from bedroom 3 through a door 70cm wide and the hall is 2m x 1 m . A spiral wooden staircase goes to bedroom 4.
Ground Floor Bathroom- Accessed from hallway with a shower cubiclethrough a door 60cm wide and the room is 2m x 1m .
First Floor Bedroom 4 - Above be3droom 3 , up spiral staircase 65cm wide room is 4m x 4m
First Floor Bedroom 1 - Acessed via a wooden staircase from the lounge/dining area through a 70cm wide door , Staircase width is 80cm and the room is 4m x 2m
First Floor Bathroom - shared between bedrooms 1 and 2 . Door is 70cm and room is 2.5m x 1.5m
