The House

What an entrance! A 6m waterfall continuously plays to one side of the hallway, straight ahead is a very ornate staircase, made especially for Bluewater; just along the light filled corridor is the cinema room with tiered seating, sumptuous bean bags, a starlight ceiling, interval lights and even life size superheroes. This brings a whole new dimension to family movie nights, with an entire projection wall and surround sound - all you need to bring is the popcorn!

At the end of the house an enormous open-plan living/entertaining space has a very glamorous living room area, a big table to seat you all for happy dinners and celebrations feasts, and the swishest kitchen, all sleek lines with a huge central island that makes this such a sociable space. Full height sliding doors flood the room with natural light and open onto the pool terrace.

Upstairs are Bedrooms 1-4, a galleried glass walkway that can be clear or opaque underfoot at the flick of a switch, and a family bathroom with a free-standing contemporary bath and walk-in shower. Bedroom 1 has a balcony with a sensational hammock bath, gilded in 24 carat gold leaf - did you ever see the like? Bedroom 2 also has a balcony; both these rooms can sleep 2 extra guests on very comfortable Chesterfield sofa beds. Bedroom 5 is on the ground floor, access friendly with an adjacent wet room.

The glamour continues on the terrace at the back of the house where a half-circle stainless steel slide stands beside the heated pool; swim up to the built-in pool bar, take a seat and sip your pina colada. Cook up an alfresco feast in the outdoor kitchen, relax in the ground level hot tub, in the sauna or steam room, stretch out on the marble heated loungers. Slip off for a game of table tennis or to pump weights in the gym, go watch the kids happy as larks in the play area.
