Joe Draper brings a very special bespoke dining experience to your large group holiday house. He’s worked for the likes of Marco Pierre White and River Cottage, so you know it’s going to be good. The produce he uses is ethical, local, seasonal, wild, organic and sustainable; Joe likes to work closely with the seasons, using wild and foraged food where he can. Fed and Pickled is run by Kelly, whose catering background includes a long stint in an AA Rosette award winning hotel. She offers a bespoke private chef experience, bringing restaurant quality food and service to your holiday home. Packages include a private chef and server, small plates and rustic sharing boards, afternoon teas, delivered food packages, and expert food and wine pairing. He uses the best local ingredients he can get his hands on, including produce from his own garden, so what you're eating is fresh and seasonal and hasn't travelled far. Soul Food - Marc Jerem
Marc at Soul Food has worked for several well-known restaurants, including the Castle Hotel in Taunton, Marc Hix, River Cottage and The New Angel at Dartmouth. He caters for all diets and will create a bespoke menu for a celebration dinner, cream tea, buffet, barbecue, canapes - whatever you want. He’ll also deliver wholesome home cooked food ready for you to pop in the oven. Everything is homemade and all ingredients are fresh, sourced locally and often wild or foraged.

Ling Shooting - Clay Pigeon Shooting
Ling Shooting offers a great activity for individuals and groups, with shooting tuition and entertainment provided in a beautiful setting in Somerset. What they specialise in is clay pigeon shooting and game shooting tuition so if you fancy honing your skills in this department give them a call. It's a lot of fun for groups, this kind of thing so they get a lot of bookings from hen parties, for team bulding days and corporate entertainment.

Shalden Clay Pigeon Shooting
Tucked away in a picturesque valley on the edge of Exmoor, Shalden Shooting School offers coaching for individuals or groups of up to 30 people. All ages and abilities are welcome and actually, it doesn't matter if you have no experience at all. They supply all the equipment and because they have plenty of instructors there won't be much (if any) standing around twiddling your thumbs; you don't even need to worry if you get lost in the lanes on the way there because if you give them a call they'll send someone out to meet you, and what's more, they can even arrange lunch in a local pub.

Fly Away Ballooning
Hugo and his family have been ballooning for over 50 years so you know you’re in safe hands. They offer hot air balloon flights throughout the West Country and can do trips for a maximum of 20 guests. This is an unforgettable experience for your large group holiday, especially if you’re celebrating a special birthday or anniversary - but bear in mind that it's very weather dependent. Minky can come and make your Sleeps12 holiday house in Devon or Somerset look SO pretty for you. She’ll dress the table in her own rustic style using vintage look fabrics and the most gorgeous flowers hand cut from her own garden on the farm where she lives. She uses the loveliest vases and accessories and the result is just charming. Great for celebrations or just because.
