We know how utterly heartbreaking it can be when you have to send your beloved pet off to kennels when you go away - but fear not - the owners of Whitehaven are happy to accommodate one well behaved dog. And boy, is he going to have some fun! Not just the lovely big garden to play in, but also heaps of walks amidst the glorious Gloucestershire countryside right on your doorstep! An evening stroll to Lydney Harbour and along what must be the shortest canal in the world is a delight, and if you head into the Forest of Dean you can walk for miles and miles through the cool shady forests, wide open fields, or along the winding country lanes where you're bound to stumble across a charming dog friendly country inn where you can enjoy a relaxing pint of the local ale, or indulge in a long, lazy pub lunch. We all know that happy dogs = happy owners!
