Oh the wrench! The thought of leaving your favourite furry friend behind when you go on holiday! Well don't worry if the idea of sending him to kennels is just too much, because Viney Hill Country House welcomes well behaved dogs! And what a great time you'll have together - not just the ample grounds to run about and play in, but heaps of opportunities to strutt your mutt in a variety of gorgeous rural surroundings. For short strolls go down to Lydney Harbour, or take an amble along Lydney Canal - surely the shortest canal in the world at only 1 mile long! You can stroll along the River Severn or the River Wye - an absolute delight on a summer's evening; and if you get into the expansive Forest of Dean you can wander for days in the cool of the trees, or across open fields. Take it easy and stroll through the narrow lanes to find a quaint country inn to rock up at for a laid back lunch - most are dog friendly. Whatever you choose to do, we can guarantee there's plenty to keep that little tail wagging throughout your stay.
Note: Two dogs are welcome at this property and must be added when you are making your booking. A charge of £50 per dog will then be applied to the booking total.
