We are able to hold a booking for 2 days if required. A 20% deposit is then necessary to secure the booking. The final amount is due 12 weeks prior to the arrival date. A £500 security deposit is then paid to the owner the week before you arrive and must be returned within 10 days of your departure.

Number of guests: This property sleeps 14 guests in 7 bedrooms. There is also the option of 2 more guests, charged EXTRA per person. You can view where these extra beds are on the FLOOR PLANS.
Cots: 2 travel cots and 2 highchairs are available at no extra charge. These should be selected when doing your room configurations.
Room configurations: Bedroom 1 has a superking bed, Bedrooms 2 and 6 have doubles, Bedroom 3 has zip and link beds giving the option of a superking or twins, and Bedrooms 4, 5 and 7 have kingsize beds.
Dogs: This property does not allow pets.
BBQ: There is a gas BBQ, pizza oven and fire pit at Pitmaston House. Wood is provided for the pizza oven.
WIFI: Yes, Pitmaston House has guest Wi-Fi and you'll find the passwords when you arrive. We always recommend that before your stay, you download any larger things you may want, like films or games, just in case the broadband speeds aren't as quick as you're used to. There is an iPad in the property which will give you lots of information about how to use the facilities and how to operate the equipment. On arrival if you can't find this please do call the housekeeper/owner and let them know.
Sky: Every TV in the property has built-in Freeview. The TVs in the kitchen, living room, Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 3 have access to Sky.
Music: There is a sonos system within the property, which can be used with bluetooth via an app which you can download onto your phone.
Food deliveries: Asda, Waitrose, Sainsburys, and Tesco will all deliver to this property. Please arrange deliveries for after your 4pm arrival. We recommend that you put your name and mobile number on the delivery information.
What's provided for your stay: There is enough crockery, cutlery and glasses for a dinner party. You'll find at least 2 toilet rolls per toilet. salt and pepper, tea, coffee, sugar, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, tea towels, a dish cloth and scourer sponge, oven gloves, kitchen roll, tin foil, cling film, bin bags, 2-in-1 washing powder, hand soap, Welcome Packs of shower gel, moisturiser and bath soak. Hairdryers in all bedrooms.
Bed linen and towels: Bedding is synthetic. All bed linen is provided. Cot mattress sheets, bath towels and hand towels are supplied. We advise that you bring additional towels if you intend to use the hot tub/swim spa, as well as suitable footwear to wear between the house and hot tub - such as flip-flops.
Wood-burner: There is no wood-burner at Pitmaston House but there is an open fire in the snug, with logs provided.
Hot tub/Swim Spa: The hot tub/swim spa is in the garden at the back of the house.
