It is great that you are looking to further enhance your stay while in this property! Thank you for using one of our recommended suppliers that we have mentioned in our EXTRAS for the property. We need this information for insurance purposes.
Will the hot tub be ready for use on arrival?
The hot tub is emptied, cleaned and refilled after each set of guests depart. This is in order to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness. However, this does mean that the tub may not be hot enough for use when you arrive and you may need to wait until the morning after you arrive before it has reached temperature. If you can resist the temptation to keep opening it, to check the temperature it will heat up more quickly. Please also pay close attention to the information regarding hot tub use in the house manual, particularly regarding hygiene. To avoid disappointment to your weekend plans, please don’t plan to use the hot tub on the evening that you arrive - it won’t be hot enough if it has been emptied and refilled on the day you arrive. We apologise for this and will always do our best to avoid it but we are taking the highest precautions to avoid the hot tub causing any ill effects.
